Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Contractor is to provide construction services as outlined in Solicitation 2022-3019. The intent of this project isthe replacement of the hot water heater and associated appurtenances. Services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: o Replace one (1) hot water heater with two (2) smaller hot water heaters o Tag for existing heater on following page o 2 new heaters to be A O SMITH DVE200 240V/3phase 60 KW o Replace Bell & Gossett circulation pump, in kind o Install an A O Smith - T-200 ASME o This is for storage of the hot water return line o Contractor to install an associated circulation pump o Bell & Gossett, properly sized o Replace the two (2) water hammer arrestors and associated isolation valves, in kind o Modify piping, electric, etc., as necessary, so all components fit and perform properly. o All pipes are to be insulated o Contractor to provide o all necessary programming o startup reports o training to CMHA personnel o Contractor to submit and pay for all permits, and schedule any necessary inspections. o Contractor responsible for disposal of existing equipment. o The new water heater system shall be turnkey and the contractor shall provide a one year warranty for parts and labo
