The extent of the work involves the following items: The buffered alum treatment project is to apply aluminum sulfate (alum) and sodium aluminate to the Riverside Lakes boating and fishing lakes using a surface injection system to inactivate sediment phosphorous and to reduce internal phosphorus loading. All work performed in accordance with the General Requirements in the Plan Documents. The treatment application period for the alum treatment is May 3, 2022 through June 13, 2022. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 45 days after the date set for the opening of bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities.
