Odor, Corrosion and H2S Control - Transmission System Any questions concerning the bid(s) should be directed to Robin Allen within the Purchasing Division at robin.allen@newcastlede.gov no later than Noon, March 28, 2022. Bid security is waived. From July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. This contract may be extended for three (3) years, one (1) year at a time, by mutual agreement of the parties. Awards, if any, will be made by the Purchasing Division to the lowest and best responsible bidder. The County reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
