Renovation of a municipal facility in New Castle, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials for certain roof repairs and replacement and other related work at the Authoritys Julia Building, located in New Castle, Delaware. DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of installing a new 30-year warranty, 90-mil thick, Single Ply Membrane Roofing System as outlined below: 1. Remove existing ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (“EPDM roofing system down to the existing roof deck. Mechanically fasten new glass mat 5/8? gypsum board to the metal deck and adhere new vapor barrier on top. Adhere new flat and tapered CG isocyanurate roof insulation with a new 90 mil Unreinforced Fully Adhered EPDM membrane. All adhesives shall be low V.O.C.
