Reference number : 1582982 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non The MRC Robert-Cliche (MRC) wishes to receive tenders for the provision of collection, transport and treatment services for waste, bulky items, recyclable materials and organic materials from the buildings to be served on its territory, which is made up of 10 municipalities. Service to municipalities, with the exception of Beauceville (waste and bulky items on January 1 , 2024), begins on January 1, 2023, depending on the nature of the services to be provided under the Contract: Waste :Collection, transport and treatment for 9 of the 10 municipalities of the MRC (excluding Tring-Jonction). They will be integrated annually according to the expiry date of their respective current Contract over the 5 years of the Contract. 5-year contract, renewable for an option of 5 additional years. The choice of processing center is up to the contractor. Bulky items :Collection, transport and treatment for 9 of the 10 municipalities of the MRC (excluding Tring-Jonction). 5 year contract, renewable for anadditional 5 year option. The choice of processing center is up to the contractor. The MRC reserves the right to cancel the collection(s) of bulky items for one or more municipalities under the Contract. Recyclable materials :Collection and transport for the 10 municipalities for a 2-year contract, in accordance with Bill 65, An Act to amend mainly the Environment Quality Act with regard to deposits and selective collection , and may, as an option, be renewed for a period of 3 years. The treatment is done at Recuperation Frontenac at 217, Monfette Ouest, Thetford Mines, QC. Organic materials: Collection, transport and treatment for 4 of the 10 municipalities of the MRC (urban perimeters only). 5 year contract, renewable for an additional 5 year option. The choice of treatment center is up to the entrepreneur for the first year. For subsequent years in the event of the establishment of an organic matter treatment center on the territory of the MRC, the contractor must collect and transport to the treatment center located on the territory of the MRC. The evaluation of the lowest compliant bidder will be based on the total price submitted for the option chosen by the MRC. Interested companies will be able to obtain the tender documents on the site of the electronic tendering system (SEAO) of the Government of Quebec at www.seao.ca, starting Tuesday , March 15, 2022 according to their rates . . Only contractors who have obtained the tender documents via SEAO services will be able to submit a service offer.
