Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
o Demo existing warehouse racking o Provide and Install New Warehouse Racking System o Provide and Install Fire Sprinkler Modifications as drawn and specified o Provide any additional engineering, layouts, engineering, or documents for permitting. o Contractor to submit and obtain any necessary Permits for this project. Washoe County School District to reimburse Contractor for City Permit Fees as charged. o Racking to be 36 x 12 standards minimum o Contractor to provide 2 shelves with 5000 LB Capacity each per space. 60 height clear space between shelves and flooring. Spaces shall be 105 8 wide spaces, and 15 9 wide spaces. Approximate layout shown on fire sprinkler drawing. Provide Fire Baffling as shown on Fire Sprinkler plan o Due to operating warehouse, Contractor shall coordinate with WCSD Capital Projects and Warehouse staff and shall install single row at time in order to facilitate existing product storage. Time shall be allowed to adequately move materials from existing racking and into new racking by row. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting held via ZOOM Meeting.
