The work of this contract consists of sodium hydroxide chemical feed system upgrades at the Crooked Pond Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to implement a pre-filter sodium hydroxide chemical feed system and injection point for pH adjustment prior to filtration. The work includes, but is not limited to, chemical feed day tanks, transfer pump, chemical metering pumps, piping and accessories, instrumentation, SCADA modifications, and electrical upgrades. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, will be required in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders.
