Renovation of a municipal facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The chiller at the Molinaro Building is approaching the end of its useful life. The Facilities Division monitors the age and condition of these pieces of equipment and recommends replacement no later than 2027. Failure to replace the unit could result in downtime causing uncomfortable conditions for employees and the public. As of February 17, 2025, this project is in the Kenosha County's FY 2025 Capital Budget. Further information regarding a design firm or timeline for construction has not yet been established. Funding is allotted for FY 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
