Project Classification: Building Construction Scope of Project: This Work Consists of Providing All Materials, Labor and Equipment Required for the Construction of an 80õ X 50õ Pre-engineered Metal Building Maintenance Building, Including, but Not Limited to, Site Grading, Subgrade Preparation, Select Fill Placement, Foundation, Building, Interior and Exterior Finishing, Concrete Pavement, Class Ii Base Course Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Hvac, and Related Work as Described in the Contract Documents. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and must be in the form of a certified check, cashierÕs check or Bid Bond written by a qualified, licensed company in conformance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for just cause and to waive any informalities and technicalities. The Parish of Caddo shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until the Contract between Owner and Contractor is fully executed.
