The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide Ferric Sulfate per specifications on an as needed basis for the City of Bartow's Water Treatment Plant. This Proposal shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew one (1) additional year, if agreed upon by both parties. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
