Mineral Development Distribution Upgrade: Install owner furnished poles, conductors, and material to build a double circuit distribution line along CR-555. Transfer existing conductors to new pole line and remove all existing poles. Install direct buried and directional drilled conduits from substation riser structure to a pole riser. All material except for PVC and Rigid aluminum conduits, fittings, and straps will be provided by the Owner. All proposals must be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the date, time and name of the bid. The City of Bartow will not be responsible for bids opened before the specified time due to envelopes that are not properly addressed and/or unmarked as instructed in this notice. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
