SCOPE: The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish, install and commission the material and equipment for the SCADA System utilizing the existing RTU's at each substation and existing Fiber Network per specifications. All proposals shall be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the Proposers name, address, date, time and name of the bid including bid number. The City of Bartow will not be responsible for bids opened before the specified time due to envelopes that are not properly addressed and/or unmarked as instructed in this notice.
