Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to the installation of equipment to provide automatic transfer between the two Utility sources, at the 24kV level, as described on the drawings and in the specification, located at Grace Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3J 3M7. Questions arising at site are to be directed in writing to Consultant. No verbal answers or responses given at site are considered as binding.
