Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mariemont, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of May 18, 2022 This project is awarded to J.K. Meurer Corp. with awarded amount of $175,960.75. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code for the contract amount. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder shall submit a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Print the necessary pages from the electronic package for submission, including the Proposal Form, Bid Form, and the Personal Property Affidavit documents. It is the intent and requirement of the Village that this project be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Mariemont, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The Village Council of Mariemont, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
