As of March 16, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 24, 2026. Electronic bids are requested for the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project, which includes the removal of asphalt pavement, installation of curb, drainage improvements, placing new asphalt pavement, application of pavement markings, and other related work. Bidders must furnish all labor and materials. Each proposal must include the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal, all persons interested, a complete listing of all subcontractors, and required forms: Proposal Form, Bid Form, OPWC EEO and Affirmative Action, and the Personal Property Affidavit documents. A bid bond and a surety bond for the contract amount, in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code, are required. The project must be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Compliance with prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village is required. The Village Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
