Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, travel, reporting, and incidentals necessary to provide plant maintenance services. These Public Works services shall be performed at Conn Creek Bridge (#21-0021), located in Napa County, California, near Rutherford, Post Mile (PM) R7.4. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 13 for a more complete description of services. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the States 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), SBs for the purpose of Public Works (SB-PW), and contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of their net bid price to certified SBs, MBs (if applicable), or SB-PWs, are encouraged to submit bids. See Section D, Special Programs, Item 1, in this IFB for requirements. This Agreement requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $15,000. If the total bid amount is under $15,000, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award. Refer to Attachment 11, Proposed Form of Agreement, for requirement details.
