Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project. This Contract shall generally consist of constructing approximately 330 feet of 8-inch and 10-inch sewer main including new manholes. Approximately 138 feet of the 8-inch sewer main will be installed in a steel casing installed under Portland Avenue using Jack and Bore methods. Work will also include pavement and other hard surface restoration and restoration of miscellaneous improvements disturbed during construction. Estimate: Approximately $800,000.
