Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation Water and waste water treatment supply and disposal equipment Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Industrial building and warehouse construction services including new industrial building construction services and remodeling services and industrial plant construction services, tank installation and removal and disposal and related services Utilities including gas and power and water and sewer and electricity and utilities management and consulting services, and alternative forms of energy, solar panels and servicing The Project includes the following Work: The Wellington City Sewer Improvements 2022 Project generally consists of replacing approximately 31,000 feet of failing clay and PVC sewer collection system piping and associated manholes, lining approximately 5,600 feet of failing concrete pipe with fold and form type liner, and remediating several manholes by replacing failed manhole steps. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Wellington City Sewer Improvements 2022 It is noted that this project will be bid concurrently with the Wellington City Culinary Water Improvements 2022 Project. A single contractor will be selected to accomplish both projects concurrently. However, two separate contracts will be issued; one for each project. Each contract will be independent of the other due to project specific funding and requirements. Each bidder must submit a bid for BOTH projects in order for the bids to be considered.
