Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Draper, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Land Authority intends to contract with a Real Estate Development Partner for the following project: The master development of Phase I project is proposed to include approximately 2.3M SF of real estate development under a long-term land lease structure. This solicitation will be divided into two stages. Stage I will consist of a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) regarding the proposer's background, finances, and qualifications, which occurred previously. Stage II will consist of a Request for Proposal (RFP) from only those proposers that have been shortlisted in Stage I seeking their business plan, vision, financial approach, and their conceptual master plan for Phase 1 of real estate development.
