The work covered by this contract is aimed in summary at the interior refurbishment of room 624.1, as well as the creation of a new toilet in room 640.1, located in the Gérard-Arguin pavilion of the Cégep de Jonquière, as well as all the related work arising from the project. The work period will take place from the end of the course around May 30, 2022 and must be completed by August 12, 2022. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 10% of the total value of the tender, made out to the owner "Cégep de Jonquière" or a tender bond, from a company holding a license insurer in Canada, established at the same amount, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services.
