Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Abandon existing 6" sewer in place and install 1350 LF 10" DIP CL 54 sewer main on Croton Avenue from Prospect Street to the end of the road, rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes and other appurtenant work as necessary, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements. No bids will be received or considered after the time.All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "Contract 2022-04 - BID FOR CROTON AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT." The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
