Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Consist of the following: Construction of (2) Volleyball Courts and a Bocce Court. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing courts, installation of (2) flexi-pave 3,481 s.f. Volleyball courts including installation of nets/posts, installation of a 720 s.f. Bocce court with Har Tru surfacing and surrounding concrete curbing and provide necessary erosion control measures, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements. No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "Contract 2022-06 BID FOR THE LEONARD PARK VOLLEYBALL AND BOCCE COURT CONSTRUCTION". The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
