Site work and paving for a civil project in Sigourney, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Sigourney Maintenance Facility Site Prep- This include new retention basin on the south end of the property, storm sewer connected to new retention basin, site grading, site paving, and new salt hoop per plans and specifications. DOT Estimated Contract Start Date: May 9, 2022 DOT Final Contract End Date: October 28, 2022 the Geotech report reference a salt structure and we are building a salt hoop building. Question Cutoff Date: 3/28/2022 11:00:00 PM (ET) Reminder the cut off dates for questions or pre-bid substitutions also apply to any subcontractors as well. Davis-Bacon Wages do not apply to this project. This is a tax exempt project. Contract Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
