Site work and paving for a civil project in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting this request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from General Contractors (GC) for the Bibb-Misty Willow Drainage Project (RFP#2022-010). Scope of project includes 620 LF of storm drain improvements with new inlets in the frequently flooded intersection of N Bibb Ave & Misty Willow Dr, Eagle Pass, TX 78852. The project also includes pavement repair and full street overlay covering 2,000 square yards. Estimated completion date of this Project is nine (9) months from the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed under the Contract for Work. The CITY shall select the Offeror that submits the proposal that offers the best value for the governmental entity based on: (1) the selection criteria in this request for proposal and the weighted value for those criteria in this request for proposal; and (2) its ranking evaluation.
