Award amount is $209,583.54** Clarification Deadline: 4/1/2022 1:00 PM Scope includes overlay of two Township roads with a single pass using PennDOT approved materials. All proposals must be upon forms provided in the PennBid system. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, made payable to West Nantmeal Township. The bid bond or scan of the check shall be uploaded to PennBid. The apparent lower bidder will be required to provide the original copy of the check within three days of bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish the required documents as listed in the specification within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded. The project must be completed on or before September 30, 2022. West Nantmeal Township encourages that bidders independently visit the site. Please ensure that when visiting the site that you adhere to the latest COVID-19 guidelines and practice safe social distancing.
