Description

Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Elverson, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

Township Building Addition Project General (WNT-19-01) Work includes construction of a building addition with site and pavement restoration.Products shall be prequalified as for use on this project as is described by the Information to Bidders. Bidder shall meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled within a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of West Nantmeal Township.West Nantmeal Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bidding Documents, West Nantmeal will have complete discretion to award a Contract (or not to award a Contract) to any bidder based on any criteria West Nantmeal Township deems relevant.
