Renovation of a municipal facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For the Sloped Roof Replacement-Municipal Building Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project involves the removal and replacement of the sloped roofing at the municipal building roof and replacement of the roof downspouts. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
