Sealed Bids for the Westtown Township 2022 Road Program nominal fee will be assessed only to the bidder who is awarded a contract. For bidders who are not awarded contracts, there are absolutely no fees. The Project consists of the following: Milling of township roads; Select base repair; Installation of a scratch and leveling course; Placement of new wearing course; Repair of stormwater inlets and sanitary manhole lids; and Replacement of concrete curbs Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. No Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
