Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The project involves the installation of rain gardens, stormwater improvements, and paving. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
