General Contractor – BSS Contractors, LLC of West Grove, PA $618,000 Mechanical Contractor – Gaudelli Bros Inc. of Millville, NJ $121,100 Plumbing Contractor – AGH Mechanical Inc of Churchville, PA $66,000 Electrical Contractor – Electri-Tech Inc. of Folsom, NJ $171,000 Site Contractor – Lechmanik, Inc. of West Chester, PA $111,421 For A New 3,000 sf Municipal Building To be Erected at 800 Street Road West Chester, PA 19382 The project will be awarded under five (5) separate Prime Contracts (Site Construction, General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical). Bids must be submitted electronically on the forms furnished by Thornbury Township and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total price bid made payable to Thornbury Township. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by Thornbury Township. The Bidders attention is called to the fact that this project is governed by the Second Class Township Code and that various State labor and administrative requirements apply, as noted in the Bid Documents, including the requirement that all wages paid are consistent with the Pennsylvania prevailing wage structure. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but Thornbury Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
