Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Pavement Markings as specified in the individual contract documents. Fuel as specified in the individual contract documents. Road Resurfacing Project as specified in the individual contract documents. This bid specification requires prevailing wage. Bids must be on PennDOT forms furnished by the Township in a sealed envelope with the name of the item bid clearly marked on the envelope. Each bid to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check as specified in the individual bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor exceptions to the specifications which in the opinion of the Township do not affect the overall performance of the material or equipment to be furnished. Quantities are approximate and do not represent a guaranteed minimum required purchase. Bonds and insurance will be required of the successful bidders as specified by PennDOT regulations. Bid results may be considered by the Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting, Tuesday May 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Township Building.
