Renovation of an educational facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work included under this Project consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the geothermal heat pump installed in the basement mechanical room at Recitation Hall. The associated pumps and variable frequency drives (VFDs) shall be removed and replaced with new pumps and VFDs. The controls shall be modified and updated to control all new equipment and some existing equipment. The piping shall be removed and replaced as noted on the contract drawings. One two control valve at AHU-1 shall be removed and replaced with a three way control valve. Refer to contract drawings for any additional scope not mentioned above.
