Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK: a. The work on this contract generally consists of the following: i. Installation of 19 helical anchors and corresponding mooring systems ii. Installation of 4 helical anchors and corresponding yellow special purpose buoys iii. Restoration of all staging areas b. The work shall be performed in accordance with the approved construction documents. All materials and shop drawings shall be submitted for review by the Engineer of Record. c. Additional work may be requested by the Town to be performed as negotiated based on pricing provided in this bid, as well as other items as deemed commensurate for the requested scope of work. d. The location of the project is in Matanzas Pass, within the Town of Fort Myers Beach, Lee County, Florida. Please refer to plans for further location information. Recommendation of Award May 2022 Town Council Approval Monday, June 6, 2022 Notice to Proceed Week of June 15 Estimated Final Completion September 2022 A Certified Check or a Cashier's Check, in a stated dollar amount of not less than five percent (5%) of Bidder's total bid, including alternates if applicable. The OWNER has the right to accept or reject any or all part of a submitted bid.
