**As of April 25, 2022, project was awarded to Youngblood Paving, Inc., awarded amount is $198,309.97 (Base Bid - $143,196.22 plus Add Bid No. 1 - $55,113.75).** Rochester Borough - 2022 Paving Program Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, money order or bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured. The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Borough of Rochester reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email to rochesterpaving@widmerengineering.com.. Bids will be considered by Borough Council at its meeting at 6:30 P.M. on April 18, 2022.
