Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Albion, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project is located on State Route 1 in the town of Albion in Mendocino County from PM 43.3 to PM 44.2. There are three bridge replacement alignments (with various bridge type options), three rehabilitation alternatives, and a no-build alternative being studied. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2022 US dollars) is $51,950,000 for construction capital and $6,680,000 for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). Final Date for Receipt of Proposers Questions - April 12, 2022 Notice of Short List - May 24, 2022 Proposer Interviews -June 1, 2022 Anticipated Ranking Determination - June 9, 2022 One original, nine (9) copies, and an electronic submittal of the SOQ shall be provided. Each copy shall be identified on its front cover, in the upper right-hand corner as (Copy __ of 9 Copies). In addition to the above, Proposers shall also include two (2) electronic copies of the entire SOQ submittal package (except for the Preconstruction Services Cost Proposal) in PDF format, each on a separate USB flash drive with the original and nine (9) copies.. The Department have no way if identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
