Site work for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work will include, but not be limited to, installation of post-tension concrete overlay on the existing tennis courts, new scoreboard installations, and ball control netting. The cost range is $875,000 to $975,000. The project will encompass work at the tennis courts and adjacent site at Ingraham HS, and will include but not be limited to the following: 1. Protection of all existing improvements and repair of any components damaged during activities. 2. Demolition of the existing tennis court fencing, edging, net posts, etc. 3. Installation of sand/ fine aggregate for leveling. 4. Installation of reinforced concrete containment curbing around the perimeter of court areas for post tension system. 5. Installation of post tension concrete system for tennis court base. 6. Installation of new chainlink fencing and gates. 7. Tennis court surfacing with acrylic surface system. 8. Installation of new net posts, tie downs and nets. 9. Striping of tennis courts. 10. Install windscreen at perimeter of courts. 11. Installation of scoreboards and support posts at the baseball and softball field. 12. Installation of scoreboard at the track on existing posts 13. Clean up and restoration. 14. Alternate Bid includes installation of 45' high netting and support posts.
