Site work for a retail development in Danville, Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a retail development.
As of April 13, 2022, no one has been selected. The signs shall be designed to be attractive and exhibit professional quality of workmanship, which will reflect positively on the Cane Creek Centre Park and RIFA. The size and shape of the entrance monument sign shall be large enough to be visible and easily read by motorists traveling on U.S. Hwy 58 from both directions and comply with the City's zoning ordinance. Wayfinding signage shall be large enough to be visible and easily ready by motorists traveling within the industrial park and comply with the City or County's zoning ordinance (depending on location). Both natural and artificial lighting should be considered when selecting colors, designs, lighting, and placement. The sign shall be wind load rated for the location and constructed of durable and resistant materials able to resist fading, cracking, peeling, rusting and structural failure exposed to outside weather conditions and tampering.
