Bid Inquiries: Questions may be submitted in writing via email to: purchasing@danvilleva.gov until 5:00PM on Wednesday, January 04, 2023. Bonds: 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. 2.2 Time of Completion: "90 Days from Notice to Proceed". Remove existing roof system and insulation down to metal deck o Mechanically fasten new polyiso insulation (based off wind uplift calculations) (average R-30) o Insulation to have an average of 1/4:12 taper overall and 1/2:12 crickets installed between all drains o Install 1/2" gypsum coverboard set in foam adhesive o Install new 60 mil single ply membrane (EPDM or TPO) across the entire roof surface o Install associated single ply flashings o Install new 24 ga kynar coated perimeter metal coping. Color to be determined
