This is an on-call multi-year contract that involves the installation, replacement, repair, abandonment and removal of water facilities in and adjacent to the existing City of Danville, Virginia's water distribution system. Project Location: This contract involves the installation, replacement, repair, abandonment and removal of water facilities in and adjacent to the existing City of Danville, Virginia's water distribution and transmission systems Bid Deposit: Bid Deposit in the amount of $60,000 due at bid opening Submission of Bids: Bids shall be submitted as described in the Instruction to Bidders. F. Bid Deposit: Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit, payable to the City, in the amount of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000), as described in the Instruction to Bidders. G. Bid Evaluation: Bids will be evaluated as described in the Instruction to Bidders. H. Length of Contract: This Contract will be an annual contract, continuous for one (1) year. The City reserves the option of extending the Contract annually for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. I. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submitted bid proposals. Bid Inquiries: Last day for questions shall be submitted in writing via email to: purchasing@danvilleva.gov by 5:00PM, January 3, 2023.
