Removal and reinstallation of existing Spanish clay tile roofing and hurricane clips over the East wing of the existing Hattiesburg Library as required to remove and replace the existing sheathing, underlayment and flashing systems. 2. Removal and replacement of existing copper and other flashing, through wall flashing, counterflashing, gutters, and accessories. This work will require significant removal and replacement of brick veneers. 3. Installation of waterproofing systems over existing curtain wall framing and glazing systems to remain which are to be integrated with new head, sill, and jamb flashing conditions. This work will require significant removal and replacement of brick veneers. 4. Application of liquid applied weather barriers, blocking, expanding foam insulation, and other work as required to properly enclose and weather proof wall cavities which will be exposed as part of the scope of work.
