This project generally includes removal of bridge, curb, pipe, and asphalt and installation of bridge, curb, pipe, paving, adjustment of manholes, and other miscellaneous items in the City of Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The lowest and best proposal received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated and Amended, and other applicable State law; but the Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the amount of the bid, in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or a bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi.
