Renovation of an educational facility in Little Canada, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

This portion of the project consists of interior demolition and improvements, mechanical and electrical upgrades and roof patching. as of March 17, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected fir this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Temporary Construction: This Work Scope is responsible to provide, maintain, and remove the following items: 1. This work scope is responsible for all temporary construction and protection required to perform their work as described & shown within the specifications & construction documents. a. Including temporary walls, dust barriers, doors, etc. 2. Protect existing surfaces and materials from the work being performed by this work scope. a. This includes floor/wall protection when demoing HVAC openings in Gym Corridor. D. Selective Demolition: Provide selective demolition in accordance with Section 02 4119.13 including but not limited to: 1. As indicated on Drawings. 2. This Work Scope is responsible for all slab removal to obtain access to remove utilities to be removed or abandoned, plus providing access where indicated to install new utilities directly below existing floor slabs. 3. Review the demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents to determine the extents required for floor removal. Use the most conservative quantity shown. 4. Slab and wall saw-cutting and removal is the responsibility of this Work Scope, including delegated design (engineering) for necessary shoring or temporary support (including steel headers) to perform cutting and removal of existing materials. 5. Existing soffit on sheet A139 Keynote D2 is to remain. Carefully cut existing plaster ceiling so soffit is not disturbed. 6. Include demo of all openings shown in documents
