Construction Cost Estimate: $78,000 There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 8:30am that will begin at the Beatty ES site (4261 Latham Ave, Riverside, 92501); followed by Pachappa ES (6200 Riverside Ave, Riverside, 92506), Jefferson ES (4285 Jefferson Ave, Riverside, 92504), Monroe ES (8535 Garfield St, Riverside, 92504), Mt. View ES (6180 Streeter Ave, Riverside, 92504), Woodcrest ES (16940 Krameria Ave, Riverside, 92504) and commencing at the Twain ES site (19411 Krameria, Riverside, CA 92508). A Sign-In sheet will be provided for check-in at each site. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference for the seven sites listed above will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. 2022 Rubberized Resurface This project is being let in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA") set forth in Public Contract Code section 22000 et seq. Bidders shall comply with any requirements set forth in the CUPCCAA including all guidelines and requirements in the current California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission Cost Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual. Scope of Work: Remove and replace a minimum one foot of rubberized materials with buff, prep existing surface for 1" of sub buffer, overlay 1" of overlay materials throughout the rubberized surface. RFI Deadline: 3/28/22 by 4:00pm Properly clean using high-pressure blowers so that cracks are clean and free of vegetation and lose debris. Also treat crack with herbicide. Properly clean all asphalt areas with high pressure blowers prior to sealing/rubberized material. All rubberized, border edges, shade structure and equipment poles must be pressure washed and blown down with a high pressure blower to remove any loose debris. Ifthere is any area or portion ofthe pad that does not connect to a border ofsome type, the material that is covering the area must be pulled back away from the surface to allow the new material to be installed to the bottom.
