Renovation of a multi-residential development in Nashville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A certified check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the Housing Authority, or satisfactory bond executed by an acceptable surety on the Bid Bond form contained in the Specifications, or other form acceptable to HUD and the LHA, and in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(s) in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.The conference will serve to allow bidders to visit the site(s) and address questions to the LHA and Architect. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority.
