Site work and paving for a road / highway in Nashville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of leveling and resurfacing improvements to Eight (8) city streets located in the City of Nashville, Georgia. All improvements shall be funded by the City's Fiscal Year 2022 Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank Grant (GTIB and from other City funds as required. City of Nashville may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. The Scope of Work Includes: Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements to eight (8) city streets. Streets included are Sherrod Avenue, Carolina Trace, E Washington Avenue, Luke Street, Smith Avenue, Robin Lane and Dogwood Drive. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the City of Nashville in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Nashville. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Deadline for all questions is (Monday, August 8, 2022 at 9:00am)
