Renovation of a fire / police facility in Montague, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Project awarded to Fandel’s Air Conditioning and Heating Montague County Request to Bid Replacing five (5) 7.5 on air conditioning units on top of the Montague County Sheriffs Office/Jail. The bid should include the replacement and installation costs of the units. The bid award shall be based upon the following: 1. The bids submitted. 2. Conformit with the specifiications. 3. The quality of articles supplied. 4. Terms of delivery. 5. Terms of warranty offered. Any bidder not meeting a particular specification may list the exception on a separate sheet of paper for the consideration of the Commissioners Court and submit the same with the bid. Montague County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept in whole or in part such bid or bids as may be deemed in the best interest of and being the most advantageous to Montague County
