Summary Project Description: The project will consist of the addition of four classrooms, restrooms and a new administrative suite. The project will also include the demolition of an existing entry area and minimal demolition to an existing PEMB gymnasium as needed for connections to occur. The site work will include the relocation of existing utilities to accommodate construction as well as some rework of grading. The project will be ongoing throughout the school year while the campus is occupied and will require coordination with owner schedules and site use during the school day. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, renovation, hazardous material removal, site acquisition, construction financing, and facility operations during occupancy.
