Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Wendover, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 150 linear feet of Type 1 5' foot sidewalk, 180 feet of Type 5 curb and gutter. Removal of precast cattle guard, installation of 85 linear feet of storm culvert with associated boxes and end treatments, earthwork and pavement patch. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. The City of West Wendover reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or items within a bid, at its sole discretion. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Nevada laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed in Nevada or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder s license at the time of award.
