Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Clackamas, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 3,000-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

North Clackamas School District ("NCSD") is planning to demolish an office/ house and restore its site to original conditions. The structure is located at 16223 SE Stadium Way, Happy Valley, OR and is adjacent to the new Adrienne Nelson High School. Most recently, the office/house has been serving as the Hood View Park offices for North Clackamas Parks and Recreation. Parks and Rec will vacate the building by June 1, 2022. The house is a two-story, wood frame structure, likely built in the late 1960s/early 1970s, is approximately 3,000 SF and has wood decks on three sides. Utilities include water, sewer, electric, gas, irrigation and fiber optic. Small amounts of asbestoscontaining materials have been identified within the house. Those materials will be removed and properly disposed of by PBS Environmental prior to starting demolition. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of the building, its foundation, deck structures and adjacent hardscape surfaces Removal and capping-off of utilities serving the site Adding and connecting to the existing irrigation system Infilling the demo area with fill dirt from a nearby spoils stockpile Reseeding the fill area and stockpile removal area with grass Completion of all work is expected by July 31, 2022. Final payment and Project Closeout is expected by August 31, 2022. To pay to the Owner as liquidated damages the amount of $500 per calendar day for each calendar day .
