Contact Information Procurement Process and Technical Questions: Tralee Whitley at TWhitley@clackamas.us INTRODUCTION Clackamas County Department of Transportation and Development ("DTD"), hereafter referenced as "County", is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to provide project management, survey, geotechnical services, the development of both preliminary design and final design (Plans, Specifications and Estimates) for asphalt, signals, striping, ADA facilities and potentially stormwater facilities, as well as utility coordination, public outreach, limited right-of-way services, and bid assistance for the "82nd Drive and Jennifer Street Signal Replacement Project". Please direct all Technical/Specifications or Procurement Process Questions to the indicated representative referenced in the Notice of Request for Proposals and note the communication restriction outlined in Section 2.19. 3.2 BACKGROUND 82 nd Drive and Jennifer Street are both Minor Arterials with significant volumes of vehicle traffic. The existing signal system at this intersection is about 30 years old and nearing the end of its life span. Also, the existing pedestrian facilities do not meet current ADA standards and must be upgraded, including sidewalks, ramps and pushbuttons. Stormwater upgrades may also be required
